Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue Massage at our location differ from most because they don’t “hurt” which results in a calm approach towards rewiring the CNS and pain responses in the body. DEEP myofascial release techniques are used to focus on the tissues surrounding the muscles, bones, and organs using sustained pressure and long stretching. This increases range of motion and helps the bodies internal system function more properly. Deep tissue sessions are best when approached in sessions. The client will monitor how they feel after the session and the next sessions following will proceed with deeper pressure when the “detox” phase of the sessions subside.

Therapeutic Relaxation Massage

While our practice primarily focuses on massage with intent, we do also offer relaxation massages which aim to relax the bodies entire muscle groups. Focus on tension areas with added pressure will be discussed during the intake session and customized for each client.

Reiki/ Vibrational Healing

Intuitive services that are bookable with Hannah only. Since 2010 Hannah has been studying and practicing tradition “Reiki”, crystal healing, and shamanic approaches to aligning energy fields. These sessions can be emotional, and resurface healing that has yet to be completed. You can prepare for these sessions by having a certain intention. Please do not discuss any personal information BEFORE the session. I like to gain clients trust by not knowing any background involving things that could be brought up through my intuitive reading. AFTER the session anything is able to be discussed. You will leave this session with an energy field map and a detailed description of what is discovered in each of your chakras.

Prenatal Massage

AMTA certified prenatal therapist Hannah Brown LMT specializes in care for expecting mothers. With a background in fitness, stretches & workouts on areas that need release or muscle build add a special approach for mothers to gain the confidence they need to prepare for the biggest workout of their life- carrying a child and having the easiest delivery possible! Traditional side lying position is used to mimic an “at home” comfortable setting. Recommended for treatments to start on a regular basis starting in the second trimester. Deep tissue techniques are used which set apart these sessions from most mainstream prenatal massage services.
